Your Role: Inside Sales - Flooring Specialist We’re seeking a seasoned Flooring Sales Specialist who’s ready to lead the charge in introducing our new engineered leather flooring collection to the market. This role isn’t just about sales; it’s about building a brand and creating lasting relationships with key players in the industry. You’ll be the face of our flooring segment, working closely with high-end retail stores and residential designers to showcase the unique value of our products.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and spearhead the sales efforts for our leather flooring and stair collection, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.
• Establish and manage strategic programs with established high-end retail stores, ensuring our products are prominently featured and promoted.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with top residential designers, showcasing the unparalleled quality and sustainability of our flooring options.
• Provide expert advice and consultation on leather flooring solutions—whether engineered, glue-down, or floating—ensuring clients receive the best fit for their needs.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of sales representatives, driving growth and success across our flooring division.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, playing a crucial role in the expansion and success of our new collection and overall flooring sales.
