Fi is looking for an Associate Creative Director!
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to report into our VP of Brand & Creative and own the day-to-day creative flow at Fi and lead our team of talented designers. You’ll be in the work—designing, art directing, and shaping campaigns, brand communications, and digital experiences that show people who we are and why we matter.
It’s a role for someone who loves both the details and the big picture—crafting beautiful, thoughtful work while making sure every touchpoint feels connected, fresh, and unmistakably Fi.
What You’ll Do:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$165,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
