Who YOU Are The Assistant Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way. The Assistant Account Executive supports in driving the daily activities of a project by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblocks. Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: Tactical Management Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately. Account Organization Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports). Client Management Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available. Builds rapport and credibility with clients. Financial Management Processes signatures, opens jobs, and works with Accounting to produce client invoices. Product Knowledge Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing. Strategy Observation and interest in strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communication focused preferred). Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred. 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred. Must be able to commute to NY, Boston, or Costa Mesa offices for meetings as needed. Note: Compensation is estimated between $45,000—$55,000 USD, with additional benefits. Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
