Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere located in Dallas, Texas. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your primary responsibilities will include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, preparing patients for examinations or treatments, and providing assistance with activities of daily living. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position with a salary of $16.50+ per hour. • Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN
• Monitor and document patient vital signs
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and transferring
• Report changes in patient health or behavior to RN or physician
• Help maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment
• Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures
• Participate in teamwork, in-service training and other education programs

Requirements:

• Certification as a CNA by the Texas Board of Nursing, or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred
• Ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
