Assistant Project Manager – Concrete Subcontractor

Are you an up-and-coming construction professional with a passion for concrete structures? We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in South Florida . This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the region, supporting the successful delivery of complex concrete construction initiatives.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing concrete construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.​
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.​
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.​
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.​
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.​
• Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.​
• 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the concrete sector.​
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.​
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.​
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.​
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.​
