Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The APM will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and project oversight
• Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and execution
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in construction or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
