Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, testing, and documenting both sub-assemblies and top-level systems that are integral to our high-performance products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering teams to ensure that our products are manufactured on time and meet rigorous specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Testing: Build and test electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and top-level systems, ensuring all components meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Documentation: Accurately document the assembly and testing processes, maintaining detailed records that support production and quality assurance efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering teams to address any issues that arise during production and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all assembled systems adhere to company standards and specifications, performing any necessary adjustments or rework to maintain quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly and testing procedures for complex systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet production deadlines.
