Job description

We're looking to hire an Architectural Designer or an Architectural Drafter. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of commercial project experience. Ideal experience will include restaurant or hospitality projects. This is a direct position with a full salary/hourly pay and benefits being offered.

The work type can be FULLY   REMOTE (must be located within the United States), OFFICE, or HYBRID.

• Must have past experience working on commercial building projects and ideally know how a set of construction documents are put together...ie elevations, wall sections, details, roof plans, ceiling plans, floor plans, door / window schedules, etc.
• Candidates MUST be proficient with AutoCAD or REVIT . We're considering a variety of previous candidate titles for this position...Architectural Drafters, Interior Designers, Architects, Architectural Technicians, Job Captains, etc. Let us know if you're looking to make a career change.
• This is a full-time position, 40-45 hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and models for restaurant and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Apply knowledge of construction, interior design, and system design to enhance project outcomes.
• Incorporate premium skills such as Sketchup, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD to optimize project efficiency and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Commercial building project design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Full set CD Production: 1 year (Preferred)
