Job Title: Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)

Job Summary:
KTE Services is seeking motivated Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a team in Milwaukee, WI. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Salary: $200,000 (evaluation for increase anticipated in January 2025)
• Schedule Options:
  • 7x70
  • 4x10
  • 3x13
• Supervision Model: 1:3 or 1:4
• Cases: Most cases except cardiac
• Regional Anesthesia: Potential opportunities
• Call Schedule: No call required

Additional Compensation:

• Overtime: $200/hour (time and a half after 40 hours, based on block system)
• Earning Potential: Unlimited, with plenty of open shifts available

Benefits:

• Vacation & Sick Leave:
  • 160 hours of vacation starting
  • 56 hours (7 days) of sick leave
• Continuing Education: 40 additional paid CE hours
• Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays
• Retirement Plan:
  • 403(b) with a 6% mandatory contribution
  • 8% match after two years (vested immediately)
• Malpractice: Covered
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation:
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Available
