Falken is seeking reliable and experienced Alarm Responders to assist with alarm response operations. The candidate will be responsible for responding to alarm activations within five and/or 15 minutes, assessing security threats, and coordinating

with law enforcement or client as needed.

Duties

• Respond to alarm activations at various locations within a five and/or 15-minute period.
• Conduct exterior and interior security checks to determine the cause of the alarm.
• Secure premises as necessary and coordinate with law enforcement or property owners.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs for all alarm responses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely under varying conditions to respond to calls promptly.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or emergency response is required
• Facility management experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions under pressure
• Effective communication and observational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to patrol properties, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed
• Access to a reliable vehicle (if a company vehicle is not provided, based on site assigned)
• Ability to obtain a USG Security Clearance
