Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Robotics Engineer to join our client’s team in Warren, MI. This role focuses on data collection, labeling, and developing code for AI and machine learning applications in robotics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML and robotics systems, be proficient in C++ and Python , and possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and manage data from robotic systems for AI/ML model training.
• Develop and maintain code in C++ and Python to support AI/ML and robotics applications.
• Label and annotate datasets accurately for machine learning purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into robotic systems.
• Participate in testing and validation of AI/ML algorithms and robotic solutions.
• Continuously optimize data collection and model development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of industry experience in AI/ML, robotics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python .
• Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with robotics systems and data collection from sensors/robotic platforms.
• Knowledge of dataset labeling and annotation processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree required , preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Robotics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time robotic systems and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with computer vision or deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Previous experience in industrial or research robotics projects.
