The Opportunity

• Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Preferred experience working in the Emergency Department or Urgent Care/Primary Care.
• Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.

The Practice – A Multi-Site System

United Health Centers Kerman – Kerman, California

United Health Centers Sanger – Sanger, California

United Health Centers Reedley – Reedley, California

United Health Centers Corcoran – Corcoran, California

United Health Centers Mendota – Mendota, California

United Health Centers Milburn – Fresno, California

• 4 rooms within the footprint of the Federally Qualified Health Center of UHC.
• Facility hours at 12pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-5:30pm on weekends.
• Annual volume of approximately 8,000 patients.
• Minor procedures including lacerations, I&D's, simple foreign body removal, Ear lavage, and simple tweezer/splinting.
• Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, glucose, and COVID.
• Pharmacy, labs, and imaging available on site or as referral to another UHC site.
• This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
