Account Executive

Hybrid | Houston, TX

Direct Hire

Our client is a full service IT management solution including 24/7 remote monitoring and administration of networks, service desk, and data backup and restore. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their sales team to sell printing and IT solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions, leveraging consultative selling techniques to present and position our Print/Copy Solutions and IT Services.
  • Develop and generate leads through prospecting, booking meetings, and delivering proposals.
  • Manage leads from marketing and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for account management and upselling after deals close.
  • Collaborate with the production team to close deals.
  • Develop proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
  • Meet or exceed cold calling, appointment-setting, and proposal delivery goals.
  • Participate in sales blitzes and related events to drive business.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales experience (SAAS background preferred)
  • Strong communicator with both oral and written skills
  • A Type A, goal-oriented personality who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Consultative selling and customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license required
